MEET THE FOUNDER
Reposition Strategy, LLC was founded by Deborah Lately, who brings Human Resources experience to the table. Deborah holds an MBA from Strayer University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science from Kean University. She has achieved several certifications, including SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resources Management, Professional Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, Life Coach Certification from the Transformation Academy, and ADA Coordinator Training Certification Program (ACTCP) from the University of Missouri.
Deborah has experience with both for-profit and non-profit organizations and is also a passionate advocate for people with disabilities. But her greatest passion lies in helping people achieve their goals. Our founder has seen the trials and tribulations of the workforce with her years of Human Resources experience. Being on the inside of building a company has also given her more vision and experience to help those who are starting their own business, working with small businesses, or assisting the self-employed.
With the passion for being a career coach and advocating for those navigating the job market, Reposition Strategy, LLC brings more to the table than most in our field. That's because our zeal does not rely on the income or reviews, but in the happiness and success of each of our clients.
